ACDA International Archives
Located at the National Headquarters building in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, the Archives is a non-lending facility containing a collection of materials that includes the history and records of ACDA, and a variety of materials on choral music including books, records, cassettes, periodicals, video, and scores.

Research Opportunities

The ACDA Archives houses many collections that are open to researchers
daily from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. central time.  For more information or to schedule a visit, please contact Scott Dorsey.

Goals of the Archives    
1. To collect significant materials that will preserve the history of choral music and choral music activities throughout the United States and the world.
2. To collect material that will preserve the history of the American Choral Directors Association.
3. To collect significant materials that will support performance, research, and advanced study in choral music.
4. To preserve the papers and works of major choral composers and conductors.
5. To make the Archives a research center for choral music.
