1. Complete UCO Application for Admission to Graduate Studies
2. Complete ACDA Graduate Credit Information form
3. Pay Application fee of $50 and appropriate tuition (see “FEES” below)
4. Submit one copy of your unofficial undergraduate transcript with Bachelor’s degree posted and overall GPA of 2.5.
5. Submit Certificate of Exemption form (immunization).
6. Download (a) course syllabus and (b) evaluation rubric.
7. Register for and attend the ACDA Conference.
8. Complete and submit your materials as directed by the course syllabus

Application Fee: $50
One Credit Hour Course: $200
Two Credit Hour Course: $400
NOTE: Course fees do NOT include cost of attending the Conference
