Musical Treasures from Moravian Archives is a series of critical editions of music preserved in the various centers of Moravian culture. The series is published by Steglein Publishing, with the first in the book series, Hymns to be Sung at the Pianoforte by Johannes Herbst, written by American Choral Director Association Executive Director, Tim Sharp. Dr. Sharp wrote the historical background to the work, Herbst's biographical information, critical report of the songs, evaluation of the sources for this monumental Herbst collection, and edited the songs contained in Hymns to be Sung at the Pianoforte.

As ACDA works to revise and strengthen its website, members are asked to help the Association by logging on and checking to assure that their e-mail addresses are correct.  The following steps will accomplish this important task:

[2] Once logged in, click your name in the upper-right hand side of the screen.
[3] Click <EDIT>
[4] Change your e-mail as needed
[5] Scroll to the bottom of the page and click <SUMBIT>

In an on-going effort to better serve its members and the broader choral community, the American Choral Directors Association is currently overhauling its website.

“ACDA’s web footprint comprises hundreds of pages, crammed with massive amounts of information,” said ACDA Executive Director, Tim Sharp.  “This rebuilding process will allow us to streamline our web site while making it even more useful and user-friendly.  Our Information Systems Manager and his team are working diligently on this project.”

ACDA hopes members will be patient with any minor bugs that appear in this rebuilding effort.
