Marriott Downtown is extending the rate to Tuesday evening if you would like to arrive early!

The Philadelphia Marriott Downtown is the conference headquarters and performances will be held in nearby churches, and theaters, and performing arts centers. Badges, registration materials and reading packets will be available on site. (4th Floor)

February 11, 2010: "Meet & Greet" in Marriott Franklin Hall from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm.  Browse the exhibits while sampling food, sipping on your favorite beverage, and networking with exhibitors and other attendees.  Cash bar is provided.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS
The conference is housed in the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown, located one block from City Hall in the heart of Center City, close to a variety of restaurants and eateries and within walking distance of all performance venues. Registration, exhibits, interest sessions, and research sessions will occur at the Marriott. Adjacent to the Marriott Downtown is the Marriott Courtyard in the historic and beautifully restored City Hall Annex. The per-night ACDA conference rate* for both hotels is:
Single/Double - $149 plus tax
Triple - $169 plus tax
Quad - $189 plus tax
*Available February 8–9 for Bach Institute registrants

February 9-10, 2010 Philadelphia Bach Institute An intensive immersion in the craft of conducting with master teacher Helmuth Rilling. Beginning two days prior to the Eastern Division Conference, the Institute is designed for choral and orchestral conductors who wish to learn from Mr. Rilling's conducting pedagogy and to experience singing under his baton. Philadelphia Bach Institute registration deadline extended until December 15, 2009.
