Presidents & Presidents-Elect
- Membership Reports. As of July 1, 2022, membership reports are being uploaded monthly to a state Google folder. As a default, access is given to state presidents and membership chairs using the email they have on file. Do you have additional people who need access? Contact Trina Kopacka at and provide their name, title, role, and email. Because they will sit in a Google Folder, you will need a Gmail or other Google-based email to access them. You can request additional reports (for example, a two-year lapsed member report) by emailing Trina Kopacka at .

Training and Services for States and Regions
ACDA Elections
The national office is available to assist state chapters and regions with officer elections, as well as votes (e.g., bylaw revisions). All elections and voting are conducted electronically. Please view the election information sheet and contact Trina Kopacka with any questions or for assistance with your election or vote.
Leadership Conference
Leadership Conferences are held for national, regional, and state leaders every two years in years when a national conference is not being held. The goal is to provide leadership training, promote the following year’s conference site, and share news about upcoming directions and activities.
Annual Membership Drive
Since 2013, ACDA has held a fall membership drive, implemented mainly through state leadership. The national office provides information and tools to the state president and membership chair and is there to support and assist you. Information about the 2023 membership drive is here: ONE ACDA Membership Drive.
Reports
We suggest preparing the report contents in Word and then copying and pasting them into any online forms – you have a copy (and back-up, if needed).
Presidents
Due May 15 – State presidents have three options for submitting their annual 2021-22 report:
- Do a 3-4 min video about highlights of the year or something that you’ve done that was particularly rewarding. The video can be very informal from your phone—no editing is required. Just introduce yourself and your state, film your content, and drop it (MP4) here, or email it to us ()!
- Prefer to write it? Just send an email with similar information to us ().
- Or, you can submit the traditional report via a Google Form.
