- Membership Reports. As of July 1, 2022, membership reports are being uploaded monthly to a state Google folder. By default, access is granted to state presidents and membership chairs using the email addresses on file.
Do you have additional people who need access? Contact Trina Kopacka at gro.a1780834627dca@a1780834627kcapo1780834627KT1780834627 and provide their name, title, role, and email address.
Because the reports will be in a Google Folder, for best results, you will need a Gmail or another Google account to access them.
You can request additional reports (for example, a two-year lapsed member report) by emailing gro.a1780834627dca@p1780834627ihsre1780834627bmem1780834627.

Share your State and Region Events
Do you have an exciting ACDA-sponsored event to share with the membership? Maybe it’s your upcoming State Conference? Maybe it’s a Sip and Sing? Maybe it’s a one-day workshop for collegiate members? Whatever your ACDA event is, we want to share it in the Wednesday e-newsletter!
CLICK HERE to list your event. This opportunity is only for ACDA-sponsored events at the State or Region level. Event leaders (or Presidents) should submit the event. Content for the e-newsletter is finalized a week in advance, so don’t delay in listing your event.
Training and Services for States and Regions
ACDA Elections
The national office is available to assist state chapters and regions with officer elections, as well as votes (e.g., bylaw revisions). All elections and voting are conducted electronically. Please view the election information sheet and contact Trina Kopacka with any questions or for assistance with your election or vote.
Reports
We suggest preparing the report contents in Word and then copying and pasting them into any online forms – you have a copy (and back-up, if needed).
