ACDA’s hotels are located within 0.7 miles walking distance to the conference venues, and many are connected to the Minneapolis Skyway System. ACDA’s discounted hotel rates range between $199-$239 per night, before taxes and fees.
Conference hotel information is not posted publicly. In an effort to prioritize hotel room availability for ACDA members who have made a commitment to attend the conference, hotel names and booking instructions are provided in your confirmation email after you register.
Key Bookings is the official housing bureau for ACDA’s 2027 National Conference. Reservations for ACDA’s discounted hotel blocks should only be made using the official Key Bookings link in your registration confirmation email. You will not be contacted by a Key Bookings representative unless there is a question about your existing reservation or in response to an inquiry you have made. As a consumer alert, use caution when making your hotel reservations and use only ACDA-approved processes
Join us March 7-10, 2027!
For the first time, the 2027 ACDA National Conference will follow a Sunday-Wednesday format: March 7-10. CLICK HERE for an overview of the conference schedule to better understand this change.
We expect most attendees will arrive on Sunday, March 7 and depart either the afternoon of Wednesday, March 10 or the morning of Thursday, March 11.
Why this is advantageous:
- Competitive hotel rates through off-peak pricing
- Lower travel demand compared to peak weekend starts
- Reduced expenses for meeting and performance facilities keeps the budget in check
- Savings on lodging and meals for members
This strategic shift allows ACDA to control expenses without compromising programming quality—a top priority as we plan for the future.
ACDA has established partnerships with Southwest Airlines, Delta Airlines, and United Airlines to provide travel discounts for ACDA members to the conference location. You are encouraged to shop around and compare pricing to find. your best flights. American Airlines does not currently offer a program that supports conference/meetings travel discounts.

ACDA accepts Purchase Orders for Conference Registration. You can start your registration process and at the time of payment, select ProForma Invoice. This will provide an invoice for you to provide to your finance office. You are NOT registered for the conference until your official Purchase Order is on file at ACDA. Once you have your official purchase order, email the official copy to gro.adca@pihsrebmem.
