Scope and Contents note
This collection documents the professional life of L. Stanley Glarum. It contains materials from his school days at St. Olaf College, including correspondence with F. Melius Christiansen, and at the University of Washington. It also includes original compositions and arrangements, professional materials from Lewis and Clark College including his teaching materials, materials related to Norman Luboff and Jester Hairston, correspondence with music publishers, documentation of his involvement in festivals, clinics, and workshops, and general correspondence.
