Bio: Christine Tavares-Mocha serves as the choral director at Valencia High School in Valencia, California. She served for a decade as the Vocal Jazz Representative for the Southern California Vocal Association, and chartered the first SCVA Vocal Jazz / Contemporary Honor Choir in 2018. Nominated for a BRAVO award and awarded Teacher of the Year, she loves teaching and performing equally. Christine is currently pursuing her Masters in Songwriting at Berklee School of Music.
