Dan Baker is executive producer for Heart of America Productions, where he leads nationally recognized educational events for concert choir, vocal jazz, and show choir. As an award-winning choral director, he led ensembles that earned consistent state and national finalist honors, as well as championships in both concert and show choir, including the Indiana State All-Music Department Award. Baker is an active national adjudicator, clinician, and presenter, working with programs across the country to strengthen musicianship, rehearsal practice, and performance culture. His work frequently focuses on helping singers navigate multiple vocal styles while maintaining healthy vocal production. He holds degrees in music education and vocal performance from Indiana University, telecommunications from Ball State University, and a master’s in choral conducting from Michigan State University.
