Congratulations on your acceptance into one the 2023 ACDA National Honor Choirs. This page is designed to help you find all the information you need for registration and information.
The Registration System has now closed. At this time, no additional registrations will be accepted.
Schedule:
Wednesday, February 22 1:00pm-4:00pm: Registration for all students
Wednesday, February 22 4:00pm: First rehearsals for all choirs
Saturday, February 25 Concert Schedule:
- 11:00-11:30 Elementary Honor Choir
- 12:00-12:30 Junior High/Middle School Honor Choir
- 3:30-4:30 High School SSAA/SATB Honor Choirs
High School Ensembles will rehearse at the Hyatt and the Elementary & Junior High Ensembles will rehearse at the Hilton.

Hotel Options
Unlike region conferences and some National events, there is not “one” honor choir hotel in Cincinnati. In fact, there’s not a single hotel that could hold all the participants. In all locations, hotel space must also be shared with other conference functions. While everyone would like to stay at their specific venues, this arrangement is not possible in Cincinnati. ACDA has secured multiple hotels within walking distance and all hotels will have shuttle service available.
High School SSAA/SATB students have the option to add housing to their registration for Honor Choir. This housing option is for the student only. Students will be in quad occupancy with other honor choir students. Assignments will be made by ACDA.
For families traveling to Cincinnati: ACDA has hotel options available for you at the link below. You are welcome to book within this block or you can choose to stay anywhere in Cincinnati outside of the ACDA blocks. There is no requirement for students to stay at a specific hotel.
