Bio: Jerry McCoy, is Director of Choral Studies Emeritus for the University of North Texas, where he guided the choral program to international recognition. He has served in guest positions in 43 American states, including 60 colleges/universities. His choirs have sung for ten national/international conferences and his work and has taken him to 21 countries. His students have won more than 50 college and university positions and sing in numerous professional choirs across the USA and South Korea, including GRAMMY winning Conspirare and Room Full of Teeth. He is also the author of GIA's new book Becoming the Choral Poet.
