Jennifer Benjamin

Kansas City, Missouri

Bio: Jennifer Benjamin graduated with a BA in Vocal Performance from Loyola Marymount University, where she studied conducting with Paul Salamunovich. She graduated with an MM in Music History and an MA in Choral Education from the UMKC Conservatory of Music, studying with Charles Robinson and Eph Ehly. In 2000, Jennifer became Director of Choirs at St. Teresa's Academy with performances at MMEA (2004) and National ACDA (2005). She is currently in her fifth year as Vocal Music Director at Heritage Middle School in Liberty, Missouri. Her HMS treble ensemble, Bella Voce, performed at MMEA in January of 2020.
